The company was established in the year 1948, by Late Mr. Dahyabhai T. Shah as a small dealer in hardware and tools. With his entrepreneurship, courage and dedication, step by step, he had increased his activities to a wide range of products such as Machine Tool, Machine Tool Accessories, Cutting Tools, Engineering Tools etc. Today, we have scaled new heights of success, under the guidance of Mr. Devesh N. Shah., the Director of the organization.

Infrastructure
We have a well-structured office in the heart of Mumbai Hardware market. Our infrastructural base is fully interconnected with computers, with highly educated/ experienced engineers to visit clients for discussion and proper recommendation in line with the specific requirements of each and every client. Moreover, we have a separate division for Machine Tools and Cutting Tools. The Cutting Tools Division is looked after by Mr. Narendra D. Shah, the present Managing Director and the Machine Tools Division is looked after by Mr. Devesh N. Shah, the Director of the company.
